1.  When is Ticket Omaha open?
Ticket Omaha’s operating hours are: walk-up box office (located in the Holland Performing Arts Center, 13th and Douglas streets) Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, noon to 5:00 p.m., with extended hours based on the performance schedule. Telephone sales representatives are available toll free at (866) 434-TKTS(8587) or (402) 345-0606 Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, and Saturdays, noon to 5:00 p.m.; online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

4.  What is the difference between the Orpheum Theater and the Holland Performing Arts Center?
The Orpheum Theater is a majestic 2,600-seat proscenium theater that provides the perfect venue for Broadway musicals, dance, ballet, opera and popular entertainment. The Holland Performing Arts Center is a modern concert hall that features three performance spaces perfectly suited for events where acoustics are critical, such as classical and symphonic music, popular music, jazz, chamber ensembles, cabaret artists, speakers and lectures.

5.  What is Omaha Performing Arts?
The Omaha Performing Arts is a non-profit organization formed in June 2000.  Its mission is the stewardship and management of the celebrated Orpheum Theater and the acclaimed Holland Performing Arts Center; the presentation of a variety of the finest performing arts events; and outreach and educational efforts to support, enhance and expand appreciation for the arts.  Omaha Performing Arts is located at 1200 Douglas Street, Omaha, NE 68102.

7.  Is there a dress code for theater performances?
There is no dress code for attending performances at either the Orpheum Theater or the Holland Performing Arts Center.  Please dress comfortably while remembering that going to the theater is a special activity.

8.  What children’s programming do you have?

9.  Are children permitted to attend performances?
Children are welcome to attend performances, however age restrictions may apply.  Please check individual performances for details.  All persons attending a performance, including babies, must have a ticket to the event.

Omaha Performing Arts offers tours of both venues for individuals and groups. Explore the magnificent Holland Center and Orpheum Theater with tours led by our knowledgeable guides. Visitors explore the theaters, backstage areas, dressing rooms and lobby spaces. Tours provide a perfect outing for groups, or anyone who wants to know more about the performing arts in Omaha.

Yes, gift certificates are available for both venues.  They may be purchased in the same way as tickets, for any denomination.  You may purchase gift certificates online, by phone, or at the ticket office.  Please refer to the the section Buying Tickets on this Web site

If your tickets were mailed to you and have not arrived after 10 business days, please contact Ticket Omaha

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets to performances will be held at the Ticket Omaha Will Call window if ordered within 10 days of the performance date.

6.  Does Omaha Performing Arts offer any group rates?
Yes.  Groups of 15 or more can save on selected events. The Group Sales office's unique concierge service will tailor an experience to meet your needs.
