The Holland Performing Arts Center is located in downtown Omaha, across the street from the scenic Gene Leahy Mall. Upon arrival, patrons ascend a grand staircase overlooking an internal courtyard. Expansive lobby areas create exciting vantage points from which to view the park and internal courtyard. The 2,000-seat Peter Kiewit Concert Hall is modeled after European "shoebox" shaped halls and detailed with warm, fine-grained woodwork. The Suzanne and Walter Scott Recital Hall, a flexible "black box" space with seating for 400, features a similar feeling of warmth and intimacy and can accommodate a variety of performances. 

On-street and garage parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the Holland Center.
