Delfeayo Marsalis
Saturday, April 5, 2014 | 8:00 PM
Holland Center | Scott Recital Hall
Delfeayo Marsalis is one of the freshest, modern voices on the trombone. While his older brothers have created new vocabularies for the saxophone and trumpet, Delfeayo has done the same for the trombone. His quintet of like-minded musicians contrast searing jazz blasts with the coolest of sinful ballads and easy blues. In addition to possessing an impeccable command of his instrument, Delfeayo is a Grammy®-winning producer.
